Job Description
We are working with a client who is the byword for luxury fashion across, shoes and accessories and RTW. They are looking for a great sales assistant for their RTW Department in their boutique in Rome; someone with a great sense of style.
Ideally someone that speaks Russian.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients and advising on style and new trend.
- Proactively develop sales by selecting range options for the customers, providing excellent product knowledge.
- Strive to meet the sales targets.
- Maintain the highest retail standards within the store.
- Dealing with day by day routine in store (delivers, transfers, etc.)
Person specification:
- Previous experience in the sale role within a luxury environment
- Excellent welcoming
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Communication skills
- Ability to work on KPI's
- Cash management
