We have a fabulous luxury ladieswear brand based in Marylebone High Street that are actively looking for full time and part time Sales and styling assistants to join their team.
Due to continued success, they are looking for an excellent Sales Associate to work in their boutique , who puts customer service first and will thrive in a boutique style environment.
Working in a close knit team you will will assist the Store Manager in serving customers and with general store operations. You will also be involved with advising customers with ways to style their clothing.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Engaging with customers to build ongoing relationships through Clienteling
- Ensuring that all operational processes are delivered accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the store team in maintaining a caring and supportive working environment
- Be responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the brand in-store
- Drive a high conversion of sales in a professional and positive manner
- Take ownership for customer experiences and representation of the brand values
- Ensure you have sound product knowledge of the whole collection
- Excellent communication with the Management regarding customers feedback on product and services
Person specifications:
- Minimum 1 years fashion retail experience.
- Excellent customer service.
- Be able to build customer relationships.
- Offer styling advice.
- Work as part of a team and independently.
- Interest in fashion
- Good communicator with written and verbal.
