Sales Administrator
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded supplier of women's wovens, is currently seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Sales Account Managers and play a vital role in ensuring that all orders are efficiently managed from initial confirmation through to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key retail accounts.
- Manage and monitor the critical path to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Liaise effectively with buying teams to facilitate smooth order processing.
- Communicate with fabric and trim suppliers to coordinate timely delivery of components.
- Work closely with Garment Technologists to ensure fit samples are completed and approved on time.
- Raise and process purchase orders accurately.
- Oversee and manage orders in an organised, timely, and efficient manner.
Person Specification:
- Well-presented with a professional attitude.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within a fashion supplier environment.
- Previous experience in women's wovens is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with factories and clients.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
