As they continue to strengthen their presence across Europe, they are seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive - DACH, GERMAN SPEAKER, to support their growth, elevate the customer experience, and ensure seamless operational excellence across the region.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Produce and manage orderbooks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and business targets.
Enter and maintain customer data, including orders, pricing, part numbers, and VAS.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and the warehouse to resolve issues and ensure smooth, timely order processing and shipments.
Analyse orderbooks, communicate challenges to customers and sales, and support order allocation.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing support on pricing, credits, invoices, and recurring issues.
Monitor key performance metrics, attend training, and assist with additional duties or projects as needed.
Person Specifications:
Fluent in German (Essential)
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
STYLEman experience is desirable, but not essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about customer service
An eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
