We are actively looking to expand our team and are seeking to recruit experienced sales motivated recruiters .You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates with renowned brands,suppliers and retailers throughout the UK and Worldwide
Main Responsibilities will include:
Identifying, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Fashion and Retail sector.
Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Taking briefs from clients and writing impactful and eye-catching adverts
Conducting candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, recommendations and our database
Screening CV's, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate's skills and cultural fit for clients.
Managing the entire recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and on boarding.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets while contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
Personal Specifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals who are passionate about Fashion and Recruitment and have experience in either of the following areas:
Previous experience in recruitment, within either Head Office/Retail environment to include HR, Marketing, E-Comms, Retail Ops, Finance. or working with Fashion Suppliers covering Design Production and Technical roles
Experience working with suppliers or brands in a Sales/ Account management role
In-house Recruitment in a similar sector looking to pivot to an exciting career in agency recruitment
Sales driven with an intuitive and inquisitive personality
Ability to engage with and develop new and existing customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive attitude with good time management and prioritisation skills
Confident and self-motivated
Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills with previous experience of working with a CRM system (Bullhorn or similar) a distinct advantage
