I'm seeking a photography studio coordinator, experienced in implementing effective workflow processes and tools, you will ensure the studio runs like clockwork, with workflow managed effectively and efficiently delivering the highest quality output. You will work on creative briefs, whilst being able to take ownership of, and organise, large shoots and projects, although the greater majority of photographic work you be involved with will be "Non-Creative" high volume based photographic work with an emphasis on working at an efficient speed whilst maintaining accuracy, and consistency. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and juggling deadlines, you are meticulously organised with an eagle eye for detail - A lover of process, we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded and highly capable communicator to take on the daily management of the studio's workflow.

  • Previous experience working within a photographic studio or as a photography stylist.
  • Experience in production or account management in the creative industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
  • Ability to use their own initiative in identifying problems.
  • A trustworthy team player who can integrate with various departments.
  • Prepared to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Strong eye for fashion and styling.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them.
  • A proven track record of understanding and deconstructing briefs for designers, producers and developers to work from.
  • Proven understanding of the technicalities and specifications of different mediums synonymous with a creative output across digital, print and video.
  • Experience overseeing some financial aspects of a creative workflow, including ensuring time spent is time invoiced.
  • Organised in a clear and transparent style - ensuring everyone is able to understand the current workflow state.



Main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the process for photography, to ensure that all products are shot efficiently and on time.
  • Key relationship with in-house photographer communicating shoot requirements daily.
  • Ensure studio and shoot load/ capacity is always efficient.
  • Support and suggest new workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes.
  • Daily management of the seasonal asset tracker/ seasonal critical path.
  • Achieve daily and weekly set targets whilst ensuring excellence in quality, quantity, and consistency.
  • Liaise with Buying/ QA teams on product drops and intake dates to ensure we are shooting the correct products in the right timings.
  • Manage flow and preparation of stock including sample collection, packing and postage in and out of the studio.
  • Responsible for achieving shoot targets alongside the photographer, whilst ensuring the quality and consistency of imagery remains high and guidelines are followed.
  • Ensure product is always showcased and styled to its best, working alongside the photographer on set to create imagery of the highest standard across all ecommerce and creative content shoots (including garment steaming, mannequin dressing & providing art direction/ directing models).
  • React to sales and styling feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Process imagery to and from external retouch agencies, organizing the files and logs - Ensuring that all product photos are suitably edited, renamed and resized for use on the relevant platform.
  • Product Copy.
  • Working closely with photographers and retouch teams to support smooth running of getting the products live on, both in house and key account, platforms.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with clients through professionalism and friendliness.
  • Assisting and arranging of photographic & lifestyle shoots involving models, both in house and externally.
  • Arrange castings and book models.
  • Liaise with stakeholders/ clients in real time to gain feedback on current shoots.
  • Send final images to clients on job completion.
  • Strong computer literate skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of photography, cameras and software including Adobe photoshop, Adobe Lightroom & Capture One is a bonus.
  • Orchestrate any amendments to shoots.
  • Garment and prop sourcing for shoots.
  • Creating of mood board, reference & styling guidelines guides for brands seasonally.
  • Build strong, professional and collaborative relationships with the wider teams.
  • General studio upkeep, clean up and tidy up.
  • Set up and take down of studio lighting and equipment setup.
  • Office Administrative tasks
