My client, a highly successful luxury childrenswear brand is looking for a flexible part-time sales advisor for their newly opened boutique in Mayfair. This is is a one-of-a kind opportunity to join this unique and stunning brand at a very exciting time of growth.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for keeping the store up to the brand, merchandising and sales guidelines
- Be responsible for product presentation and sales in the best possible way - professional, positive and based on exceptional product knowledge
- Take the ownership for the customer experience and representation o brand values
- Report customer's feedback regarding product and service to the Store Manager
- Deal with customer issues in a professional and helpful manner either face-to-face or via email
- Go the extra mile to meet monthly targets through up selling techniques
- Monitor shelf inventory and unload new products when needed, as well as cleaning the store when required
Person requirements:
- You have at minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales in a fashion store, experience in chldrenswear would be ideal
- You have substantial experience in working with sales targets whilst offering outstanding service and always challenge yourself to increase your sales on a daily basis
- You have experience working in an international working environment
- You have an outgoing and sales-driven personality
- You are an open-minded and positive person
- You are a team player, results-oriented and like to take the initiative
