We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join one of our key clients based in South West London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly professional and proactive but equally a people person with a 'can do" attitude who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting things done. The main focus of the role is to organise and manage the schedules for two key Board members with a high degree of accuracy and prioritisation. The role will enable the right candidate to get involved in a number of interesting projects and tasks outside of the traditional PA remit and would therefore suit an individual with a flexible and enthusiastic approach

Main responsibilities will include

  • Extensive diary and inbox management (using Google products)
  • Proactively identifying any last-minute changes and reacting accordingly
  • Ensure that any visitors to the office are warmly welcomed and that security is notified ahead of their visit
  • Book diary, travel, and meetings which includes the UK and some International travel and accommodation
  • Manage and deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support the planning and delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Prepare and compile board reports and presentations as and when required
  • Chase for information/gather data on a regular basis
  • Office management
  • Support the Head of the Chairman's private office



Person Specifications

  • Background of strong Secretarial/P.A. in a very fast-moving business ideally within retail or financial services
  • Proven advanced level secretarial skills ideally touch typing of 55-80 wpm
  • Proven experience of diary and time management for individuals with multiple "roles" or more than one senior manager
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality work on time
  • Very high level of accuracy and excellent literacy/numeracy
  • Good knowledge of London would be advantageous
  • A polished self-confident individual who will be able to establish and sustain strong working relationships
  • Fast learner - adapting to new processes in rapid change climate
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, but able to remain calm and focussed in pressurised situations
  • Loyalty, reliability, passion & commitment to the job
