We are actively recruiting for a leading fashion supplier to several Highstreet retailers. This role is for a licenced men graphic designer to work with their existing team The ideal candidate should have previous men licenced graphic design experience however candidates with boys or ladieswear experience with an interest in menswear will also be considered for this role. You will need to have a strong handwriting with Graphics T'ees, sweats, joggers.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Design Men's graphics fashion ranges to present to clients
- Put together Design, Mood, Colour and Trend Boards
- Build strong relationships with clients and attend meetings to discuss ranges
- Sourcing of fabric and trims
- To produce detailed technical packs for accurate first-time samples
Person specification:
- Previous experience working as Mens Graphics Designer ideally within licencing or licence design experience across boys or ladieswear
- Experience working with and supplying High Street Fashion Retailers s
- Good understanding of fabrics, fabric manipulation and fabric techniques
- Strong CAD including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to draft garment specifications
- Possess excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Self-motivated
