Job description

A very exciting Marketing Executive opportunity has become available for an internationally renowned brand available widely on the high street, online and within independent retails. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fantastic team and business. This role is to be based 5 days a week in East London

Main Responsibilities will include

  • Provide full support to Marketing Manager and Brand Manager when required
  • Provide support to the Key Account Manager
  • Assist with all brand Marketing Department reporting
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the creation and delivery of new POS graphics, digital and social media content, advertising materials and sales information to retailers and partners
  • Project manage the Shop-In-Shop design and retail installation process in partnership with HQ
  • Assist the Marketing Manager and PR Manager in event management including logistics, set up and attendance
  • Create and distribute new product launch packs to the Sales Team
  • Supply retailers with social media content and work with them to monitor and improve performance
  • Manage theSocial Media Monthly Calendar & social media brand reporting
  • Manage POS requests in line with budget available and coordinate with sales team the delivery of all collateral
  • Help manage purchase orders & invoices for the department. Using SAP set up new vendors, resolve any billing issues, and work with the finance team where necessary
  • Deal efficiently with phone calls/emails/texts from field sales staff/customers/retailers/PR & advertising agencies
  • Set up and maintain office filing and working procedures covering key areas of administration
  • Ensure all company information and brand literature is up to date and available at all times in the brandsnetwork folder and physically in the office

Person Specification

As an internationally renowned brand available widely on the high street, online and within independent retail, the ideal candidate should be able to display an understanding of the marketplace as well as have a natural affinity for the products.

  • Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task are key due to the varied nature of the role
  • As the initial point of contact for the brand, good written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Attention to keen eye for detail and creative flair is important to help deliver marketing campaigns
  • Have interest & experience in trade marketing
  • Project management experience, particularly working with multiple agencies.
  • Strong numeracy skills are required to ensure accurate reporting
  • Enthusiasm for the product but also for working in a busy, demanding environment
  • Excellent IT skills - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Facebook and Instagram experience is key and SAP experience is desirable
