Job Description
My client is a luxury footwear brand who are seeking a sales and marketing assistant. This role is 50% sales - working with customers and being an ambassador for the brand and 50% working on marketing initiatives for the company. The roles is based in their beautiful central London boutique where the head office is also located.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Able to create marketing initiatives and communicate ideas to senior management
- Delivering an excellent customer service to all clients
- Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
- Advise and lead where necessary the development of social media
- Able to converse in a professional manner and deal with press requests
- Be innovative in terms of social media, press and marketing strategies
- Liaising with 3rd party agencies
Person Requirements
- Experience working in a premium or luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of working to sales targets
- Passionate about luxury retail
- A background in marketing is preferable in the shape of internships or marketing qualification
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
