A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, collaborative and outcome-driven operational and strategic HR Generalist to join this innovative fashion brand in their beautiful London Head Office on a 24hour week part time basis, working flexibly 4-5 days. I am seeking an exceptional, CIPD qualified, confident people leader, to provide excellent HR services to a multi -cultural workforce of 50.The role reports into the MD and will appeal to a highly motivated, autonomous individual, who has experience as a Senior HR Generalist in a hands- on role, leading a diverse workforce.
About the Job
- Hands-on HR Manager, delivering excellence in HR leadership to a workforce across Head Office and Boutiques
- Customer Centric HR support services, including on and offboarding
- Lead change management and restructuring through COVID-19 times
- Identifying effective engagement initiatives and implementing
- Tactfully dealing with employee relations matters
- Collaborate with and mentor department managers
- Accountable for talent sourcing all levels of Job Roles and Interns in a timely manner
- Managing the sponsoring system and new visa applications
- Partner with hiring managers to recruit, select and onboard top talent across all departments
- Data analysis, workforce planning and Furlough changes
- Ensure Company compliance on all HR standards
- Communicate and recommend on Rewards and Benefits with MD and Head of Finance
- Promote a culture of recognition
- Effective onboarding journey and follow up on cross functional learning
- Ensure all employees are fully trained for their roles and develop skills where required
- Manage a clear HR and Company Communication Strategy

Person Specification
- At least 5 years experience as HR Generalist as part of a small Head Office
- Degree educated with CIPD qualification to MCIPD standard
- At least 4 years of London talent acquisition experience
- Managing sponsored employees and visa applications through SMS system
- Recruitment experience across a wide Job Portfolio in the fashion sector
- Experience in leading restructuring and redundancies
- Strong knowledge of employment law and its application in context
- Reporting into Company owner and Managing Director of an established family business
- Engage with employees at all levels and build positive rapport quickly
- Advanced Microsoft: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Office Teams
- Written and verbal communication skills to mother tongue standard in English
- Highly organised, able to plan, prioritise and deliver on a range of tasks against multiple deadlines
- A supportive team player who demonstrates flexibility and willingness to support the organisation even in conflicting and changing situations
- Self-starter who is able to act on own initiative and can- do attitude
- Demonstrate high integrity and discretion
- Willing to invest discretionary effort to get the job done
