Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Womenswear Fashion Brand as a HR Administrator. You will provide extensive support to the HR department, acting as a first point of contact for all HR and Recruitment queries.
They are seeking a motivated individual with impeccable organisation skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in order to deliver results. This role will suit someone with previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager within Retail/Hospitality, with a good understanding of people management or proven work experience within HR admin
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Support the day-to-day management of the HR inbox and HR system task list.
- Managing all HR systems.
- Awareness of best working practices and basic employment law.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Prepare HR documents.
- Answer employee queries.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of HR and HR on any ad-hoc projects.
- Assistant payroll department by providing relevant information on employees.
Person Specification:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Have a natural interest in HR.
- Must be highly IT literate and analytical, able to work collaboratively and to tight deadlines.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.
