Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Womenswear Fashion Brand as a HR Administrator. You will provide extensive support to the HR department, acting as a first point of contact for all HR and Recruitment queries.

They are seeking a motivated individual with impeccable organisation skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in order to deliver results. This role will suit someone with previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager within Retail/Hospitality, with a good understanding of people management or proven work experience within HR admin

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the day-to-day management of the HR inbox and HR system task list.
  • Managing all HR systems.
  • Awareness of best working practices and basic employment law.
  • Maintain personnel records.
  • Prepare HR documents.
  • Answer employee queries.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of HR and HR on any ad-hoc projects.
  • Assistant payroll department by providing relevant information on employees.

Person Specification:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Have a natural interest in HR.
  • Must be highly IT literate and analytical, able to work collaboratively and to tight deadlines.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.
