Job Description

A unique Health and Wellness brand is looking for a Head of Ecommerce. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming the digital presence and driving revenue. Significant experience at senior management level in direct-to-consumer brands, subscriptions, as well as proven expertise in high-growth ecommerce brands and marketplaces is an essential requirement.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion of direct-to-consumer offerings in the UK and international markets.

  • Responsible for growth of subscription model in line with performance targets.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing ecommerce team. Identify and onboard talent to develop the brand ecommerce experience.

  • Take ownership of the website experience. Conduct rigorous testing and optimise the UX journey to drive conversions.

  • Implement best UX/UI design practices and stay updated with the latest trends and competitor behaviour and tech updates.

  • Oversee all ecommerce traffic generation efforts, digital, and performance marketing agencies.

  • Leverage data insights to enhance customer engagement and retention.

  • Build strong relationships with cross functional teams.

  • Continually improve SEO, using external expertise and implementing recommendations and best practices.

  • Ownership of promotional strategies and integration with Marketing Content Calendar.

  • Work with paid media agencies to drive and scale growth within defined targets.
