We are working on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients, delivering the highest quality of accessories and leather goods. They are seeking a VIC Specialist for the Italian market based in their destination Flagship store in Milan, Italy and will be responsible for managing all the best client based in all their boutique in Italy.
In addition to the scope of the Sales Associate role, the VIC Specialist is responsible for providing a high touch client experience for new and existing clients. It is expected that most the business generated from he/she comes from a loyal following of personal clients.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Maintain and expand the client book by developing relationships
- Host in-home consignment/styling sessions or in boutiques outside of the home boutique
- Attend private events with top clients
- Mentor other sales associates to sharing best practices to elevate and enhance the overall experience and client relationships in the boutique
- 7+ year experience in a retail setting
- A focus on sales and client development within Luxury retail is essential
- Be creative and innovative

- Fluent in English and another Language is a plus
