Job Description

We are recruiting a Franchise Account Executive to join a luxury international brand! I am seeking someone who is immediately available to support Franchise Account Manager to drive and develop the Franchise business via nurturing internal relationships and supporting all key accounts while ensuring best practices are followed through, within all Franchise territories (Russia, China, Middle East & Ukraine).

This will be an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity for it to become permanent

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with all franchisee partners and key internal departments
  • Support with organising seasonal product sales campaigns (showroom set-up, model bookings, appointments management)
  • Conducting sales presentation to key international partners (remote and in-person)
  • Orderbook management: collation of both seasonal and continuity product: reviewing product selection/mix and budget alongside Franchise Account Manager
  • Inform clients of order discrepancies, cancellations, price changes and maintain orderbook housekeeping to highest standard across all order management systems
  • Send weekly newsletter updates to all key franchise partners covering product, promotionalactivities, marketing & VM
  • Assist Account Manager in preparing and presenting internally detailed feedback post seasonalsales campaign (SWOT)
  • Liaise & follow process with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth process whilepreparing shipment of goods
  • Execute weekly calls with franchise partners discussing trade results. Take actions to improve performance.
  • Support Franchise Account Manager in creating monthly reports, overviewing, and analysing current franchisee performance
  • Work closely with Agent Provocateur's press, marketing and VM teams to ensure highest level of execution in all franchisees operated territories

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience with JOOR & Business Central (or similar order management systems) required
  • Strong Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in working within wholesale or head office operations role
  • Previous experience in using order management systems
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in working within wholesale or head office operations role
  • Previous experience/ understanding of Franchise/ Joint Ventures/ Trade business partnership business
