We have a fantastic new role with a growing premium multi-brand store, selling a mix of stylish, exclusive, easy to wear, fashion & accessories.
They are looking for a creative and passionate field visual merchandiser with a keen eye for detail to work across all 8 boutiques

Main Responsibilities will Include:
- Moving stores around to reflect and refresh different inspirational edits
- Changing the store windows to reflect the interiors
- Making sure that all stores are kept to high standards, by giving constructive criticism on cleanliness and maintenance, through the right channels
- Working within the teams as the extra person on the shop floor when needed
- Checking stockrooms and learning the collections to ensure that everything is displayed and in the correct places
- Offering inspirational advice to how the shop looks, working on the interiors and new store openings, helping to develop the brand
- Working alongside the Directors in keeping up the brand image and creative ideas for windows, events and taking lead from the marketing team, to create the perfect all-inclusive environment for our customers
Person Requirements
- Previous experience working within a fashion retail visual merchandising environment
- Strong communicator
- Being flexible with working hours
- Setting high standards within all stores
- Clear and regular communication to all stores and Directors weekly, of updates, photos, movements and ideas
- Organised - can manage their own diary and ensure all stores get seen too weekly
- Impeccable presentation
