The position supports creative leadership by driving operational execution and ensuring all outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards within a fast-paced, live operational environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing detailed project plans for fashion initiatives, aligning creative direction with operational, studio and business requirements.

  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change control to ensure consistent delivery.

  • Acting as the central coordination point between creative leadership, internal teams, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.

  • Providing regular, clear project reporting (status, milestones, risks, mitigation actions, next steps).

  • Proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing process improvements to strengthen delivery.

  • Coordinating tailoring and production activities to ensure design intent, fit, and quality standards are met.

  • Owning supplier/vendor coordination and performance, including follow-up on lead times, quality, and deliverables.

  • Maintaining structured documentation and trackers (e.g., plans, approvals, fittings notes, production status, rollout schedules).

  • Undertaking additional duties reasonably aligned with the scope of the role.

Person specifications:

  • Proven track record of demonstrating project management within the fashion industry.

  • Previous experience supporting fashion or production projects.

  • Strong vendor/supplier management capability, with evidence of driving performance across timelines, cost, and quality.

  • Familiarity with working alongside creative leadership while translating creative direction into executable plans.

  • Knowledge of garment production processes, fittings, and quality control standards.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • High-quality communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to provide clear updates.

  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, ideally Jira PM experience.
