Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager. You will be responsible for the optimisation of the SFCC platform and heading up an exciting push into new international markets. Commercial awareness, ability to analyse data and think strategically are a must and to work at pace within a growing business.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Maximise online sales through maximising Conversion, Site traffic and ATV.
- Ecommerce team management - motivate and develop the team.
- Analyse and optimise online customer journeys and cross-device conversion.
- Investigate and help resolve any issues.
- Critique platform and product performances; recommending and implementing optimisations such as product recommendations, searchandising etc
- Implement bi-weekly homepage design updates across all online channels.
- Report and analyse weekly trade report and share quick weekly wins.
- Analyse and report upon competitor activity; including offers, social media.
- Work closely with third parties to develop the platform.
- Manage, with third-party and in house support from Marketing, affiliates, and paid shopping campaigns.
- Create, develop, and implement strategies to increase online sales in the UK and internationally.
Person Specification:
- Minimum of four years' experience managing an ecommerce team.
- Strong experience of the Salesforce or other commercial ecommerce platforms
- Experience of email marketing platforms
- Experience of Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong experience of Google Analytics or Adobe SiteCatalyst
- Proactive and driven to ensure the online business is maximised.
- Ability to analyse, track and improve the online customer journey.
- An understanding or experience in womenswear retail is preferred.
- Experience of affiliate marketing platforms
- Working knowledge of managing and working with 3rd party service
