Job description

Reebok EU is hiring an Ecommerce Trading Executive to support the daily trading and optimisation of its online store. This is a hands-on role focused on product uploads, pricing, catalogue management and site optimisation, ensuring smooth launches and strong on-site performance while supporting wider digital projects.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Own daily ecommerce trading operations including product uploads, pricing updates, markdowns and overall catalogue management

  • Maintain the trading and digital merchandising calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, launches and key marketing moments

  • Ensure stock goes live accurately and on time, partnering closely with Merchandising

  • Maintain exceptional site hygiene through regular audits, resolving issues impacting conversion, UX and brand presentation

  • Execute digital merchandising strategies, optimising categorisation, cross-sell features and product presentation

  • Manage Shopify platform updates using tools such as Matrixify for bulk uploads, pricing amendments and site changes

  • Oversee product content and imagery, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and SEO best practice

  • Support the Head of Ecommerce on digital projects, CRM updates, agency coordination and site enhancements


Person Specifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (this is a must).

  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing large data sets.

  • Experience using bulk upload tools such as Matrixify (or similar).

  • Excellent attention to detail with a highly organised, process-driven approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with digital asset management and CRM platforms.

  • SEO knowledge is preferable.
