The 3rd Party & Wholesale Assistant will be responsible for collating and managing all related product and shipping data. They will play an essential part in the success of our wholesale and marketplace business, implementing efficient and reliable data collection and presentation, providing the Head of New Business with the relevant information that supports strategic planning and decision making.

Main Responsibilities

• 
  Prepares samples, information and assist in partner selection meetings

• 
  Collate all relevant product images including campaign imagery to partners

• 
  Send product information to partners for seasonal buys including product spec cards

• 
  Maintain and update all the master data sheets with partner orders

• 
  Keep delivery information updated

• 
  Collate, analyse & distribute weekly sales information internally and make recommendations

• 
  Analyse seasonal sales data and prepare lessons learnt

• 
  Provide presenters with seasonal buy information packs

• 
  Enable product to go live on BlueJay system

Person specifications:

• 
  High-level intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel

• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication

• 
  Demonstrable creative approach to data collection and presentation

• 
  Our ideal candidate will be e-Commerce aware, ideally coming from a role in buying, merchandising, wholesale or a highly analytical administrative role

• 
  Willing to learn and demonstrates a real can do attitude.
