We are actively recruiting on behalf of this luxury contemporary jewellery brand. As a business our client has been established for over twenty years and have a presence in more than 50 countries worldwide. they are looking to take on an experienced E Commerce Manager who has had previous experience working on an international E Commerce platform with a premium/luxury brand to be based in their beautiful offices in London.
Main Responsibilities will include
- To manage the Ecommerce department and to deliver excellence within agreed budgets
- Manage all the l monthly ECommerce reporting and P&L analysis
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Agency, PPC, SEO
- Analyses and track of customer behaviour
- Optimize product and the customer user journey in order to meet sales targets
- Responsible for building, developing and managing the web development
Person specification
- Previous Experience as an E Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager preferably from a luxury or premium background
- Experience of managing multiple digital touch points and demonstrating growth at a global scale
- Proven track record managing digital channel ROI and delivering profitability for brands
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete projects within set time constraints
- Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
