We are looking for a creative Women's Designer for a streetwear brand . You will lead the creative development of the women's collection, shaping bold, trend-driven designs that embody the energy, attitude, and authenticity of the brand. YOU MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO OF WOMEN'S SPORTSWEAR /STREETWEAR
Main Responsibilities Will Include
Designing seasonal collections across all apparel categories for women's streetwear and athleisure.
Conducting trend research and analysing competitors to spot new opportunities and inspire collections.
Translating cultural influences, runway shows, and street style into commercially successful products.
Creating detailed tech packs, including CADs, specifications, fabric, and trim details.
Collaborating closely with Product Development, Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive collection delivery.
Overseeing the sampling process, fittings, and garment approvals to maintain quality standards.
Presenting seasonal concepts and mood boards to senior leadership, justifying design decisions.
Staying updated on sustainability initiatives and fabric innovations to incorporate into collections.
Person Specifications
experience in women's design within streetwear or similar brands.
Strong understanding of women's fit, fabric selection, and silhouette development.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience creating tech packs and working effectively with overseas suppliers.
Solid commercial awareness and an understanding of target customers' preferences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Deep understanding of youth culture, music, and sport influences that shape streetwear trends.
