This is a new role for a Design Admin Assistant to work across girlswear streetwear brands to be based at their HQ in London.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Organise Lab Dips and follow up
- Fabric requests
- Fabric postage
- Tech pack design
- Send out sample swatch packs to buyers
- Send samples to factories and buyers
- Help designers with ideas and trend research
- Prepare showroom for buyers presentations
- Maintaining fabric swatch library
- Conducting research in to latest trends
- Assisting design on Girlswear
- Person Specification
Person specifications:
- Must have a Design Degree
- Preferably have 6 months intern experience
- Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational and planning skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines
- Must work well independently and as part of a team
- Work placement or some previous work experience in a similar role
