I am seeking a Business Manager/ Counter manager for the fastest growing beauty company that are on a mission to revolutionise the beauty industry for their counter in Stuttgart Germany. Main responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to the Area Manager; You're responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly at the counter and that the unique service and high customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Motivate the team and reach targets
- You stand for excellent customer service.
- Commercial and operational approach to your business
- Coach, train and inspire your team. Consistently developing your team to get the most out of them and ensuring they reach their full potential.
- You are innovative and an excellent team player
- You are able to build long-lasting relationships with the head office and the business partners.
- Building on the client base to ensure brand loyalty and repeat custom is encouraged.
Person specification:
- You bring several years of relevant experience retail sector and have already gained in-depth knowledge as an assistant manager, store manager or counter manager
- You are a competent leader who believes in your own strengths just as much as in the strengths of the team.
- You always strive to inspire your team to be the best version of themselves - and encourage them to think limitlessly.
- You work independently and in an organized manner
- You solve problems independently and responsibly.
- You like to bring yourself and your knowledge into the daily processes and support your team with innovative ideas.
- German-fluent absolutely necessary, English level advanced
- Beauty or makeup experience is not necessary but would be advantageous
