Job Description

Our client is a gorgeous Luxury cosmetics brand looking to recruit a dynamic Counter Manager for their store in Barcelona. This is a really great opportunity to join a renowned brand in a diverse role where you will be responsible for not only building, inspiring and developing a team to achieve all sales and operational targets, act as a brand ambassador but also host exciting events at the count building the brands already reputable name. The right candidate will be passionate about the cosmetics industry, always deliver exceptional customer service and be an innovator for creative problem solving and strategizing.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Creating weekly and Monthly productivity reporting to the Area Manager
  • Driving sales through motivating the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targets
  • Leading the team through daily briefs, performance 121 meetings, and general line management
  • Monthly rota scheduling and payroll budgeting/forecasting
  • Working and liaising with host store partners and senior stakeholders; ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures
  • Management of stock levels
  • People planning; ongoing talent management and succession planning of the team.
  • HR management processes
  • Ownership of recruiting exceptional talent
  • Drive and build your business KPI performance to achieve market-leading results and maintain #1 ranking and #1 growth
  • Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered; embedding the magic service methodology.
  • Build brand awareness
  • Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches, and activity/market impacts from the previous year of trade
  • Devise and deliver compelling eventing strategies for the counter
  • Network and explore new ground within your events strategy
  • Adhere to health and safety guidance in the workplace
  • Execute flawless visual merchandising and grooming standards on a daily basis
