We are currently seeking a Concession Manager for a beautiful Luxury Womenswear Brand. This is an unmissable opportunity to work for an iconic, hugely successful and sensual brand based in their Store in Printemps Paris, France
Main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring business data and performance, analysing KPI's
- Proposing action plans to develop sales and adapting actions to specific situations
- Developing and managing CRM activities
- Managing inventory in accordance to company guidelines, ensuring the stock levels are regularly reviewed and maintained
- Ensuring the store is presented impeccably at all times and Visual Merchandising complies with company guidelines
- Solving customer concerns by determining efficient solutions, ensuring after-sales care policies are adhered to
- Inspiring and motivating the team
- Training on a day to day basis, one to one development
Person Specification:
- Previous managerial experience within the Retail and Fashion industry
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivated
- Understand and represent the luxury lifestyle image of the brand
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrates leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds expectations
- Shows innovation and initiative
- Good Communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
