Are you passionate about culture, content, and connecting communities through sport and style? We're looking for a Community Content Specialist to help shape and grow an authentic brand presence across key cultural scenes in Europe.
In this hands-on role, you'll be a vital connector between the brand and its community - from athletes and creators to tastemakers and trendsetters. Your work will bring energy and relevance to the brand across sport, lifestyle, and culture, online and in real life.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes culture, loves storytelling through content and community, and thrives in environments where ideas, people, and energy collide.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with athletes, creatives, and cultural leaders who reflect the brand's values
- Content Collaboration: Support the creation and amplification of community-driven stories, collaborating closely with social and content teams
- Seeding & Talent Activation: Coordinate seeding initiatives and creator partnerships with authenticity and local insight
- Event & Activation Support: Assist in the delivery of grassroots moments - from pop-ups and store activations to cultural events in key European markets
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of cultural trends, subcultures, and new creative movements to help the brand stay connected and relevant
- Creative Briefing: Support the development of clear, insight-driven briefs for agencies, partners, or internal creative teams
- Cultural Connection: Keep your finger on the pulse of local scenes and retail spaces to ensure the brand shows up in the right places, with the right people
Person Specifications:
- Previous experience in community, content, influencer, or grassroots marketing - ideally within sportswear, fashion, music, or youth-focused industries
- Deep understanding of street and youth culture across major European cities
- Experience working with creators, talent, and agencies on campaigns, activations, or seeding programs
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and what drives engagement in community spaces
- Comfortable collaborating across teams including marketing, social, creative, and retail
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Culturally curious, creative, and plugged into the trends before they surface
- Able to manage multiple projects and keep pace in a fast-moving environment
