Main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to the achievement of selling and product sourcing objectives.
- Propose services for the reselling of luxury items effectively.
- Provide a unique customer service experience
- Develop a broad knowledge of products and second-hand luxury markets.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a unique luxury environment ranging from store merchandising to the selling ceremony.
- Work proactively with the Store Manager to create and implement boutique guidelines and procedures.
- Keep the stock area of the boutique organised.
- Keyholder responsibilities and supporting in the opening and closing of the boutique.
- E-commerce pick and pack and other back of house tasks
- Inventory management
Personal specifications :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-paced and high-end fashion brands retailer
- Knowledge of main brand competitors in luxury and market trends
- Natural communication and commercial skills
- Ability to build and maintain stable and trusting relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of individual performance
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong spirit of collaboration and ability to work as a team
- Flexible and adaptable
