We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a French Luxury Brand. This is an unmissable opportunity to work for an iconic and hugely successful brand in their flagship store in Milan, Italy.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the Store Manager in managing all store operations and administration
- Supervising the staff to maximize sales
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and for developing the expanding clients' database.
- Being a Brand ambassador in the community
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds expectations
Person Specifications:
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and motivated
- Demonstrated success as an Assistant Manager with a recognized luxury retail brand
- Understand and represent the luxury lifestyle and image of the brand
- Entrepreneurial in demeanor
- Be proactive
- Shows innovation and initiative
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
