My client, one of the best known, coolest footwear brands, known from their instantly recognisable designs and excellent craftsmanship is looking for an Assistant Manager for their designer outlet in Roermond, Netherlands.
This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Assistant Manager or a Senior Sales/Supervisor ready for the next step!
Main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in managing all store operations and administration
- Supervising the staff to maximise sales
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and for developing the expanding clients' database.
- Training, developing and coaching the team
- Being a Brand ambassador in the community
- Acting as key holder and assume full responsibility for the store in Manager's absence
Profile:
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivated
- Demonstrable success gained as an Assistant Manager /Supervisor with a fashion/ lifestyle brand
- Understand and represent the image of the brand, at he same time embracing own personality and individuality

- Fantastic communication skills
- Good level of English is required
