A rare opportunity has arisen for a premium Optician brand who are seeking a strong Area Manager for their store in Dubai. Our client delivers luxury glasses and lenses from a variety of Luxury Fashion house as well as having their own in house brand, they are renowned as the most Luxury and leading in their field! This is an exciting opportunity for a change of lifestyle in Dubai, managing and developing 12 stores with a total of 40 employees.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the retail operations in northern UAE by delivering excellent customer service and
- Achieving the company's financial targets in full compliance with company procedures and rules.
- Supporting the Retail Excellence Project and maintaining and improving the standards after execution.
- Visiting the stores to ensure superior customer service and VM standards
- Team motivation and target delivery
- Accurate preparation and timely submission of reports/presentations according to the management requirements and attendance to the required meetings.
- Analysis and foreseeing the retail environment and competition in order to support management.
- Developing people to ensure business continuity and career successions
- Recruiting and acquiring the right talents to improve business.
Person Specifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in premium retail or eyewear industry
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work within and inspire a team
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent leadership skills
- Have a passion for developing others
- Fluency in English
