Our client, an iconic, heritage luxury French Maison is looking for an experienced After Sales Coordinator to join their beautiful boutique in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for as super organised after sales coordinator or luxury sales assistant with after sales experience, who enjoys fast paced environment to join one of the most prestigious, sought after leather goods brands.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Becoming a brand ambassador through developing expert product knowledge, understanding of brand's core values and service standards
- Implementing and coordinating all after sales processes
- Liaising with After Sales team in Paris as well as clients
- Supporting the Administrative Manager in back of house operations
- Opportunity for progression and growth within the brand
Person Requirements:
- Several years experience from luxury or high end premium brand as after sales coordinator or sales assiatnt with involvement in after sales processes
- Calm, composed and mature personality
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, additional language would be a plus
- Great communication skills
- Comfortable in fast pace environments
