Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful fashion supplier as a Sales Account Manager. This role offers a fantastic chance to work across multiple product categories in ladies' and menswear, managing and developing strong relationships with both existing and new accounts. We are looking for a driven professional with extensive product knowledge, a strong sales track record, and a solid understanding of the critical path from concept to production.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in fashion supply who combines strong numerical skills with creative flair and a passion for products! Based in the London office 5 days a week.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and grow new and existing accounts, creating long-term relationships.

  • Working closely with overseas factories in the Far East, ensuring seamless daily communication.

  • Handling costings, negotiating prices, and managing deliveries.

  • Constantly sourcing new fabrics and developing new suppliers.

  • Attending buyer meetings, discussing pricing, delivery schedules, and product feedback.

  • Collaborating with design teams to develop and refine products for customers.

  • Undertake regular shopping and inspiration trips to global destinations with the Design team.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Managing the critical path and ensuring orders are handled efficiently.

Person specification:

  • Womenswear & Menswear experience working within a fashion supplier.

  • Strong product experience and be a proven product developer.

  • Strong numeracy skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - comfortable liaising with factories and clients.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident, proactive, and passionate about product development.
