An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful fashion supplier as a Sales Account Manager. This role offers a fantastic chance to work across multiple product categories in ladies' and menswear, managing and developing strong relationships with both existing and new accounts. We are looking for a driven professional with extensive product knowledge, a strong sales track record, and a solid understanding of the critical path from concept to production.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in fashion supply who combines strong numerical skills with creative flair and a passion for products! Based in the London office 5 days a week.
Main responsibilities will include:
Manage and grow new and existing accounts, creating long-term relationships.
Working closely with overseas factories in the Far East, ensuring seamless daily communication.
Handling costings, negotiating prices, and managing deliveries.
Constantly sourcing new fabrics and developing new suppliers.
Attending buyer meetings, discussing pricing, delivery schedules, and product feedback.
Collaborating with design teams to develop and refine products for customers.
Undertake regular shopping and inspiration trips to global destinations with the Design team.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Managing the critical path and ensuring orders are handled efficiently.
Person specification:
Womenswear & Menswear experience working within a fashion supplier.
Strong product experience and be a proven product developer.
Strong numeracy skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills - comfortable liaising with factories and clients.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, proactive, and passionate about product development.
