Job Description

Currently partnered with a multi fashion brand business seeking an Account Coordinator. Due to recent and planned growth within the business, they are looking to expand their team to support the success of some of our largest partners. The role will be reporting into and working very closely with the Business Unit Director to successfully fulfil orders, and to trade and grow the business further.


Main Responsibilities Will include:

  • Follow critical path, set up relevant meetings and ensure all departments are held accountable to deadlines.

  • Collate previous season performance to support future season strategy

  • Set price matrix by customer/brand/category and monitor throughout season

  • Collate customer forecasts and track orders coming in against original forecasts. Give monthly updates to management to highlight any gaps.

  • Regularly visit stores to gain understanding of current product mix and highlight opportunities.

  • Monitor pricing of own brands and competitors. Suggest any amendments.

  • New customer set up and ensure all departments internally have relevant information to successfully delivery orders

  • Clear briefs to design on options and requirements in line with critical path

  • Ensure prices are provided from sourcing and set customer prices in line with matrix and margin targets

  • Support on meetings to take buyers through the catalogues/pricing using cads/samples/fabric swatches alongside design.

  • Chase/receive purchase orders, check all details and confirm orders with sourcing

  • Submit agreed forecasts to merchandising team to ensure stock is bought.

  • Track all sales orders and purchase orders to make sure they are aligned

  • Ensure any new factories have correct information for packing and delivering orders

  • Understand buyer requirements (categories/units) and collate stock lists/selections

  • Chase/receive purchase orders and load sales orders onto the system.

  • Work with wholesale merchandising team to identify stock that needs to be cleared. Review close out prices in line with margin targets and sell to customers.

  • Track orders with production team and issue weekly Critical path to buyers. Propose and agree actions for any late deliveries. Ensure POs are updated.

  • Weekly/monthly order reconciles with customers

  • Support in running Never out of stock programme with agreed styles/departments

  • Support in management of account admin role - giving direction on priorities and ensuring deadlines are met

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communicator and confident working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactive and flexible

  • Ability to prioritise successfully and meet key deadlines

  • Confident on Excel

  • SAP experience preferable but not essential
