Job Description

We are recruiting a Wholesale Sales Coordinator for a large luxury fashion brand who have both a retail/wholesale and online presence. The company are doing very well in spite of the recent climate and so are growing their wholesale team. This role will report into the Head of Customer Care and are seeking someone with excellent customer service standards as well as strong logistical and operational skills.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the brands wholesale accounts and relevant sales
  • Work in partnership with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer
  • Proactively maintain the order book and enquiries / administration for the customer base, always ensuring accuracy and
  • Ensure that operations run seamlessly, working to identify resolutions to ensure exceptional service
  • In partnership with the sales team drive account growth, work to provide the tools necessary to achieve revenue
  • Review sales processes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries at all times, proactively work to identify issues ahead of time and to suggest and implement
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to make informed assessments and suggestions to ensure best practice for MOQs, labelling and specific
  • Support product, sales & marketing teams with arranging Season Launch
  • Generate brand group summary and forecasting reports for shipments, best sellers & risk identification, working to analyse data and to identify
  • Handle range segmentation, sampling and forecasting according to regional
  • Attend strategy meetings with the sourcing, sales & product teams to handle production issues working to collaborate and identify
  • Raise invoices, credits, debits and warehouse

Person Specification

  • Extensive experience in Luxury wholesale customer service working in a head office
  • Experience of working B2B, able to confidently liaise with the supply chain of the wholesale customer order
  • Advanced excel skillset, able to build reports from scratch and to confidently use formulas such as Sum IF, VLook up, PIVOT Tables, Macros
  • Analytical and highly numerical able to analyse large quantities of data (specifically shipping, invoicing and backlog/order book data).
  • Understanding of a retail supply chain function and the various stakeholders that exist within
  • Commercial acumen, able to identify cost saving
  • Knowledge of export operations and
  • Able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
