Job Description

Wholesale Merchandiser
Our client a renowned supplier based in London is looking for an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser to join their ladieswear team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing relationships with leading high-street retailers and driving the success of a fast-paced, fashion-forward business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major retail accounts after orders are confirmed.
  • Manage and update critical paths on a weekly basis to track order progress.
  • Liaise with overseas factories to coordinate all stages of production.
  • Oversee testing procedures and ensure compliance with each customer's standards.
  • Manage fabric strike-offs and approvals, working directly with fabric mills.
  • Partner with the technical team to meet sealing and delivery deadlines.
  • Raise production dockets and maintain accurate order documentation.


Person Specification

  • 4-5 years' experience in a wholesale merchandising role within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident managing production timelines and building strong relationships with factories and retailers.
  • Must be numerate
