Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major retail accounts after orders are confirmed.
Manage and update critical paths on a weekly basis to track order progress.
Liaise with overseas factories to coordinate all stages of production.
Oversee testing procedures and ensure compliance with each customer's standards.
Manage fabric strike-offs and approvals, working directly with fabric mills.
Partner with the technical team to meet sealing and delivery deadlines.
Raise production dockets and maintain accurate order documentation.
Person Specification
4-5 years' experience in a wholesale merchandising role within the fashion industry.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Confident managing production timelines and building strong relationships with factories and retailers.
