Responsibilities will include
- Become a role-model for Sales Associates; maintaining a pleasant shopping environment
- Perfectly know the history and values of the brand and be able to share this with customers through inspirational story telling
- Work together to deliver at pace and contribute to all areas of store operation, keeping customer complaints to a minimum and creating a fun, vibrant and bubbly atmosphere for our customers and fellow employees
- Accountable for cash handling, opening and closing of tills, cash reconciliation through cash office procedures
- Monitor stock replenishment and control standards
- Driving and monitoring daily objectives such as 1-1 brief sessions, and daily team huddles to set daily objectives/targets
- Actively participate, in cooperation with Managers, in creating a real team spirit and culture of excellence
- Develop the knowledge of team members though transmission of skills and know-how
- Ensure the adequate growth of store sales through a faultless application of selling techniques
- Accountable for processing cash and card payments with a warmly closing sentence to conclude the customer experience
- Excellent product knowledge
- Deal with customer complaints, feedback and queries to the best resolution, ensuring confidence in outcomes
- Take a consultative approach to customers highlighting the selling points of specific products
- Be confident to support store opening and closures
- Take the initiative to analyse KPI's and taking measures to achieve set targets delegated by the Assistant Store Manager
Person Specification
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience
- Excited to supervise a team and coach individuals
- Willing to go above and beyond to work closely with Management Teams to create an engaged team
