A fantastic opportunity to join a luxury Indian specialist brand store as a Store Manager. Management experience in a luxury retail environment and a passion to deliver excellent customer service are essential.
Main responsibilities will include.
- Maximise sales, through the delivery of excellent selling and service.
- Display a passion and inspire others within the team to deliver the same.
- Follow up and maintain all management controls in place.
- Demonstrate and establish the highest levels of customer service to deliver consistent customer service.
- Ensuring all VM and stock replenishment is maintained efficiently.
Personal specifications
- Proven experience within fashion retail for at least 3 years
- Experience within a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to motivate the team.
- Ability to react quickly to change and implement it positively.
- Clear strong communication skills
- Ability to lead by example through promptness, attendance, and personal presentation standards.
