You will play a vital support role within a fast-paced and highly successful business. Based in London, the role offers hybrid working.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing the priority, follow-up, and chasing of development samples produced in Far East sample rooms, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with trims suppliers, fabric mills, sample room teams, and Far East offices throughout the development process.
  • Chasing customer samples and providing clear, timely updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating development sample trackers using the relevant system.
  • Raising and updating orders on the PLM system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Supporting the sales team by sending costings and chasing prices from factories.
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales and account management teams.
  • Occasionally delivering samples to customers.

Person Specification:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within a fashion supplier or fashion-related environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence liaising internally and externally.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to take full ownership of a busy admin role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Quick to learn systems and processes, with a positive and adaptable approach.
