An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Online Merchandiser. This role will be key in managing web merchandising and operations.
As an online expert on converting traffic, you will cover all aspects of keeping the site up to date. The successful applicant will have previous experience in trading and merchandising online.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Work alongside the merchandising team
- Work alongside online customer services
- Responsible for assisting the co.uk and .com sites using multiple platforms.
- Ownership of web KPI- Gross/Net sales, Conversion, AOV, UPT.
- Responsible for content, product and stock accuracy on the web.
- Support day to day online merch entailing customer journey, landing page and checkout
- Take initiatives on developing a seamless user experience on the website.
- Ownership of online merchandising
- Assist in producing weekly trade reports.
- Work alongside the online executives to ensure there is consistency in all live campaigns.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure CS queries and stock allocation are accurate.
- Responsible for flagging missing stock and raising requests for bestsellers.
- Assist merchandisers on PLP, product descriptions, accurate product recommendations on PDP.
- Own the reconciliation and any investigative procedures related to both gross/net sales.
- Lead and implement AB tests online with a clear view of the desired outcome.
Person specification:
- Experience or interested in HTML or any other coding language.
- Experience in online retail environment, preferably women's fashion.
- Advanced excel, google sheets and data management skills.
- Preferred- user of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Avid user of google analytics.
- Strong communication skills.
