Job Description
I am currently seeking a number Sales Assistants to join a very exciting pop up store based in Westfield White City for a luxury menswear and ladieswear brand. These position are starting as a 2 month pop up with the view to be extended and become permanent.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Being a strong brand Ambassador who can educate and excite the customers
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling maximizes sales opportunities
- Prove Brand and product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
- Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts.
Person Specification:
- Experience working in a premium or luxury sales role
- Problem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion industry
- Being able to work in team as well as alone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
