My client is an established and prestigious Italian brand specialising in Luxury Jewellery. This is great opportunity for a strong Sales Assistant, based in Florence, Italy.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients and advising on style and new trends.
• Proactively develop sales by providing excellent product knowledge to customers.
• Assisting the Store Manager including: planning, KPI analysis and training.
• Strive to meet the sales targets;
• Maintain the highest retail standards within the store;
• Dealing with day by day administration in store (delivers, transfers, etc.;)
• Product replenishment
• Ability to work on KPI's
• Cashier skills
• Cash management

Person Specification:

• Previous experience working within a Luxury or Premium brand is essential
• Customer focused and always prepared to go the extra mile
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Fluent in English and Italian
• Communication skills
• Highly organized
• Eager to learn and progress
