Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a thriving fashion company specialising in clothing, accessories, and homeware. Due to recent and planned growth within the business, they are looking to expand their team to support the development of their brand new home division. This role will be reporting into and working very closely with the Commercial Director to trade and grow the division further.

You will be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated, eager to develop within the industry. This role would suit someone with 6-12 months experience within a fashion supplier environment.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Set up costing and customer buy sheets with key information to enable customers to raise orders.
  • Add all order details to the buy plan (quantities/size breakdowns/purchase order numbers).
  • Reconcile purchase orders received and ensure all details are correct.
  • Add sales orders to SAP and NuOrder accurately and within set timeframes.
  • Manage sales orders and make any changes where necessary and ensure all orders are sent to the warehouse on time.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure all orders are handed and flag any delays to the customer.
  • Refresh available stock reports for weekly trading.
  • Run weekly critical path reports to send to customers.
  • Send samples to buyers for meetings and track to ensure they are returned.
  • Pull out samples and assist in preparing for customer meetings.
  • Set up new customers and ensure all manuals have been provided to relevant teams.
  • Key contact for customers for any queries on orders.

Person specification:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within retail.
  • Highly motivated and driven to meet deadlines.
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a very fast paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic.
