Our client, a stunning furniture brand is looking for a talented Retail Operations Manager, to join their Head Office team based in Chelsea. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations manager with either background or interest in furniture/ interior design, looking to join a unique and highly successful brand.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the retail team to achieve retail stores financial and operational objectives
- Support development and rolling out of training plans
- Attend senior management meetings and be competent reading financial reports and work on various projects across all head office functions
- Ensure effective and timely centralised communication to the retail stores
- Coordinate all retail operations project delivery to the highest standards and within budget
- Manage the retail activities calendar to ensure planned activities are delivered on time and on budget
- Support retail operations excellence by creating effective tools for stores
- Support stores compliance with all company policies and operations standards
- Be responsible for relevant information collation from the stores and reporting the outcome with relevant recommendations to the Retail Director
- Manage and coordinate cross-departmental activities ensuring all information is understood and implemented in stores when and where necessary
Person requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is essential (minimum 2 years)
- Enjoys been part of a positive, agile environment
- Loves the world of interior design or fashion
- Pro-active, hands-on approach
- Highly analytical with great attention to detail
- Effective communicator
- Adaptable to change
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel is a must
