We are working with a well-established fashion business who are seeking a Production Coordinator / Merchandiser to join their team working with womenswear & menswear multiproduct driving the entire production process ensuring designs are produced, manufactured, designed, and delivered in an efficient, high-quality manner.
Based in the London studio 5 days week, you will be working across multiple high street & higher end brands. You will have excellent Excel / admin skills and experience with PLM systems, as well as strong fabric knowledge, and must have passion and drive to support the wider teams. They are looking for a friendly, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment!
Main responsibilities will include:
Maintaining critical path, monitoring, and managing key production and seasonal dates
Oversee order management, from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers to ensure smooth operations
Chasing production, development, and fit samples
Manage fabric, trim, and lab-dip submissions, ensuring decisions are made within agreed timelines
Anticipate and flag potential issues, collaborating with the Head of Production to resolve challenges quickly
Work closely with Garment Techs, Designers and Production teams, providing full support on critical path updates
Person specification:
Previous experience within fashion production / merchandising role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for detail with proficiency in Excel and experience with PLM systems
Strong communication and organisation skills
Able to prioritise efficiently and work to deadlines
