Job description

We're on the lookout for a full-time, permanent Product Admin Assistant to join a fashion brand.

Based in London, this role is ideal for someone with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion. You'll become a key player within their close-knit team of Designers and Product Developers, providing essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

We're seeking someone proactive, enthusiastic, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills. While prior experience in a product or garment tech admin role is a plus, it's not a must.

This role offers hybrid working.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and update the critical path to ensure timely delivery across all product development stages

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to foster and strengthen relationships

  • Manage product samples: booking deliveries, preparing for meetings and shoots, logging movements, and keeping the showroom organised

  • Oversee sample folders and fabric library management

  • Assist with product approval processes including trims, fabrics, and fit samples

  • Measure samples and record details ahead of fit sessions

  • Attend and take detailed notes during fit sessions

  • Support the team in preparing for seasonal range reviews and presentations

  • Set up Features & Benefits for the website before each seasonal launch, ensuring all design and technical details are accurately captured

  • Double-check all photography details and product information for accuracy pre-launch

  • Collaborate with customer service to help resolve product-related queries

Person Specification:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Comfortable working collaboratively as well as communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners

  • A foundational understanding of garment technology is desirable, though not required
