Job description
We're on the lookout for a full-time, permanent Product Admin Assistant to join a fashion brand.
Based in London, this role is ideal for someone with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion. You'll become a key player within their close-knit team of Designers and Product Developers, providing essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
We're seeking someone proactive, enthusiastic, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills. While prior experience in a product or garment tech admin role is a plus, it's not a must.
This role offers hybrid working.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Maintain and update the critical path to ensure timely delivery across all product development stages
Communicate regularly with suppliers to foster and strengthen relationships
Manage product samples: booking deliveries, preparing for meetings and shoots, logging movements, and keeping the showroom organised
Oversee sample folders and fabric library management
Assist with product approval processes including trims, fabrics, and fit samples
Measure samples and record details ahead of fit sessions
Attend and take detailed notes during fit sessions
Support the team in preparing for seasonal range reviews and presentations
Set up Features & Benefits for the website before each seasonal launch, ensuring all design and technical details are accurately captured
Double-check all photography details and product information for accuracy pre-launch
Collaborate with customer service to help resolve product-related queries
Person Specification:
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
High level of attention to detail
Comfortable working collaboratively as well as communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners
A foundational understanding of garment technology is desirable, though not required
