Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Junior Product Manager with one of our globally successful clients based in Tirupur India.
They are looking for an energetic self-starter with great problem-solving skills to be responsible for developing product strategies that deliver exciting, high quality ranges in line with critical path deadlines.
Main responsibilities will include
- Ensure you are well prepared for client visits.
- Plan to visit the customers in UK minimum 3 times a year.
- Work with the Merchandising and Technical teams to ensure the excellent Product Offer.
- to develop strategies to offer the brand a competitive edge.
- Attend and conduct product overviews at range review Meetings as and when required.
- Work with fashion designers to develop their wider business vision
- Coach and motivate team members to work efficiently and maintain high levels of quality in their range development
- Manage the functions and career development of team members
Personal Specifications:
- Strong design or product development background in Ladies and Childrens Woven's and Knitwear
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong calibre to push sales
- Resourceful, energetic, analytical and competent.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
