Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager to join a leading fashion business. Based in the heart of London's West End, you'll be part of a collaborative team, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of the fashion supply process, from development to delivery. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Head of Sales & Design in managing key customer relationships across multiple apparel categories
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client connections, ensuring excellent communication and service at all times
  • Provide administrative support, keeping all trackers, order details, and communications organised and up to date
  • Manage sales samples, including booking in/out, tracking, and ensuring efficient sample flow across teams and clients
  • Work closely with factories to support on costings, helping to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses
  • Monitor market trends, in-store activity, and pricing, feeding insights back to the wider team
  • Coordinate between design, production, and client teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery

Person specification:

  • Previous experience in fashion or apparel, either on the supplier or retail side
  • Proficiency in Excel and highly organised and accurate
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude; someone who thrives in a small team setting
  • A genuine passion for the fashion industry and ambition to grow within a successful, supportive business
