Job Description

We are delighted to partner with a British contemporary luxury brand looking to recruit an International Wholesale Director.

This iconic brand is looking for a Wholesale Director who will be a strategic player in supporting and growing future business as well as building relationships with new and loyal partners in territories covering US, Asia, and Europe.

Responsibilities will cover delivering continued sales growth, strategy and development of the team.

This role offers a competitive salary, excellent package and options for hybrid working. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and roll out a comprehensive road map for the channel in line with the overall company strategy.

  • Communicate overall strategy to regional teams and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on strategy and projects execution.

  • Be responsible for seasonal budgets and monitor performance per category and across channel. Responsible for performance and profitability.

  • Responsible for the showroom team and budgeting process around the showroom

  • Review and approve orders per campaign at global level and collaborate with regional teams on achieving expected targets.

  • Collaborate with Finance on sales targets, performance, risks & opportunities, and key commercial agreements.

  • Develop reporting solutions for the wholesale channel to enable further visibility and allow for better decision making and tracking of strategy execution.


Personal specifications:

  • Previous experience of luxury Wholesale

  • Exceptional commercial acumen

  • Demonstrate ability to drive results and achieve profitability goals

  • Strong knowledge of Wholesale distribution networks in key markets internationally

  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

  • Astute and confident decision maker,

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

  • Resilient with the ability to find solutions and deliver results
